I don't know if I'm on the right thread but I just want to ask. What are the test in hearing to confirm that I really have problems and how much it cost. Thanks

This is the Published Article section but most audiologist and ENT practices will do a free hearing test to try to get you in the door (Costco does a free one also). The hearing test amounts to wearing a headphone and listening for tones and responding (pressing a button) when you hear it, and repeating words you hear at different volumes. Totally painless and comfortable, and you are the customer so they are trying to make a good impression.
