My aids are Phonak Naida IX SP. I'm wearing iCom, carrying MyPilot, iPhone on my belt. I'm listening to live music in a coffee shop with volume set down several notches for comfort. If I fire up the iPhone to check something on the web, when I switch the phone off the volume in the aids suddenly jumps up and I have to reset it to where it was. I first thought it was the "auto" setting that was the problem but it does the same thing if I have it on a manual setting, for instance music. I program with iPFG 2.6b and an iCube so I can make changes if there's something that will eliminate this problem. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
