Anybody know if the headset of the TV Ear have a 3.5mm audio jacket??

I would like to use my own headphone ...

Yes, the Original version has the 3.5 mm plug

Yet, if you are not using the headset, why not try a bluetooth transmitter hooked up to your TV and use a bluetooth headphone to receive the signal?
