Yes, a slap or blow to the head can cause permanant hearing loss.

Is there any treatment to that? once the eardrum pop can it be fixed? Any tip is much appreciated. Thanks

Yes, these problems can often be corrected by a skilled ENT/surgeon. We would suggest you speak to your primary physician to refer you to a good local ENT who may be able to perform such a procedure.
