It has been suggested that the Rexton Cobalt 16 id a good fit for my hearing loss. My loss is shown below. I am currently using a pr of Seimans accuris life open ear units. I cannot seem to find any tech info on the cobalt units. anyone have an opinion? Any aids more appropriate? I prefer the open ear technology. Thank you.

Rexton is a Siemens company, and the Cobalt 16 appears to be similar to the Siemens Pure 500. Both are open fit receiver in canal BTEs.

Phonak Audeo Yes IX's would be more appropriate for your loss, your Rexton Cobalt's will not hit 4K and further.

Phonak Audeo Yes IX's would be more appropriate for your loss, your Rexton Cobalt's will not hit 4K and further.I'm not totally familiar with the Cobalt 16, but from my research of them I'd tend to agree that they're not a good fit.

okay and thanks for the comments. I will try the audeo yes IX. I have also tried the oticon epoq xw and it seems to be somewhat better than my siemans units. Quite expensive tho.
