I have shown your YouTube video of Phonak FM System.The Phonak FM is a good size, not too big or small, and it works really well.The Phonak FM systems are very versatile and durable systems that come in a variety of configurations to be used in applications ranging from use with hearing aids, cochlear Implants,auditory processing disorders,and models that are integrated into hearing aids.

it looks like you can only set it up via the iCom and a mlxi DAI-type FM receiver

"Use FM via iCom through EasyAudio program"
