Do you think I could exchange my 7 month old Audeo Smart IX BTEs for CICs? I know I couldn't get CICs with all the features of the Smart IXs, but after six month of trying to keep both my eyeglasses and the BTEs in place, I'm ready to go back to CICs. The ear domes yellow within a week and the wires have "gotten loose" and needed repair twice.
I had a very generous trial period with these, so I'm embarrassed to ask.

I wish you luck but am not holding my breath. :) You should know that Phonak has now come out with new RIC wires and that might be worth exploring.
