This doesn't treat Sensorineural Hearing Loss, does it? Does anything?

No, the above mentioned treatment does not treat SNHL.

Unfortunately, hearing aids and amplification are the only solutions, as there is no "cure"...yet.

Yeah, hearing aids and cochlear implants are, for the time being, the only known treatment for sensory hearing loss.
