My audiologist provided one to me. When I posted about this on here Widex then complained to my audiologist because other patients wanted to program their HAs at home too. You can try from this German web site:

Hello. I saw your post from almost a week ago on the thread about the Widex Clear 440 USBlink. I was wondering, did you ever find a way to purchase the USBlink on the open market. I'm in the US, and would appreciate any link/lead you might have.
