ReSound Alera 7 Wireless TS or Starkey 3 Series i70
I currently have the Rexton Gem 12+ Telecoil and thinking of trying out either the ReSound Alera 7 Wireless TS or Starkey 3 Series i70. I am curious if anyone has tried either of these? I have tinnitus, so it is hard to listen to people who are talking low. Even with the Rexton Gem 12+ Telecoil I am still having the same difficulty. I can hear better, but still issues on people talking soft.
In regards to needs, I am trying to see which HA's are good in meetings with some people talking low, to watching TV, and minimizing the tinnitus. Also, looking for HA that feel comfortable (unsure of BTE or RIC). Both ReSound Alera 7 Wireless TS or Starkey 3 Series i70 cost the same.
Freq . L . R

L 100% at 85dB
Any luck or status with this Joel66?
Haven't received any feedback yet. I am thinking of trying out the Starkey 3 Series i70 because they did feel very comfortable. I like the Alera, but not too impressed with the 7's and if I had the money, I would try the 9's, but there is a big difference in price between the Starkey 3 Series i70 and Alera 9.
I forgot to mention, I am mainly interested on the HA that is good in listening to people who speak soft in meetings, watching TV, and doesn't make that weird noise when walking outside and it is windy.
