I use Hearing Aid Sweat Bands and they work great! I bought them thru my audi but have seen them for sale online, just Google search and you will find them. Other people on this site use EarGear which I think are very similar.

Thanks all, I ordered the ear gear ones, not cheap at $30 on Amazon.

So far as the nano coatings/water resistance/etc. claims, I call BS on them all, marketing bla bla.

No, the nano coating is actually a real deal. It can be used on a lot of electronics and people send in tablets, e-readers, and such to gain the protection.

Depends on a lot of factors. The nano coating on my ReSound Live 9 aids set up a perfect track for perspiration to run down the body of the aid right into the battery door, killing the battery in short order. Nano - no no.

The nano coating is on the electronics and not the outer case.

Regardless, my Live 9s turned into Dead 9s in no time. Nano was totally worthless to me, and appeared to be nothing more than marketing hype 5 years ago. And the marketing of the nano coating led me to believe it was the case and the electronics. Things are much better with my Brios and my KS6s, but whoever designed those Live 9s had their head in their nano-coating.

BTE HA covers should be standard issue with the HA. They are a must use item if you want them to last. I became a believer when I no longer found moisture forming around the battery door from just wearing them, not doing anything to cause excess sweating.

Will the covers help with sound? I have short hair and the hair above my ears brush against the speakers and makes a pretty annoying sound. Will the covers prevent that from happening?
