Default Costco Rexton: any difference in sound clarity in the 2 models?

The pricier model has bluetooth and binaural connection, 16 channels, 3 programs .

The less expensive has 7 channels, programs, no bluetooth or binaural. I'm replacing a lost HA. The one I wear in my other ear is similar to the basic Rexton.
