Rick,
Still waiting for my HA's but I do use a Samsung SCH-U640 (Convoy) cell phone that has a great loud speaker feature. Its a flip, M4/T4 rated. The exterior speakers are on the bottom front when the flip is closed. I was surprised at the volume when I first tried it. Compared to my Blackberry Curve, I can hear this one much better both on the exterior speaker and for normal listening.
