Tinnitus and blood pressure?

I recently ran out of blood pressure medication. My insurance company will only pay for meds when you order it through their mail order system. Hopefully, it will be here in a day or so.

My tinnitus problem seems to be worse without the medication. Is this possible?

Do any of you know of something like a herbal medication or over the counter solution I could use until the real medication arrives?
