New to the forum - HA technology for moderate to severe loss

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and was hoping to get some feed back on my hearing loss.

EDIT: I had posted here several days ago but did not get any replies. So I made some changes.

Below are the results from my audiogram. Can anyone tell me if there are hearing aids that would be of help ?

Hiya needsumfriends - Sorry I can't assist you with info on aids that would help you. I've never worn any myself, but after my hearing test next week I will be working out which aids to get. All I can suggest is to read the info on these boards... (a lot of reading I know! but all so helpful).

Many people post their audiograms in their signature.. have a look for someone with a similar hearing loss to you and ask them what aids they use. At least then you can get an idea of brands or aid types... anyway I'm sure the more knowledgeable can jump in with ideas. I think behind the ear (BTE) with custom ear moulds are the most suitable for people who need a lot of power in their aids. Stick around, this forum is a great resource.
