self programming with the oticon easyfit 2

I bought on ebay an Oticon easyfit 2 , no cables.

What do I do next?

Does this device program only oticon aids, or some other brands too?

I guess I am now looking for oticon programming cable 3, how do I get it? Are there other similar cables going by other names/brands?

As you can see, just started.
