I have Phonak Ambra SP BTE + Phonak ComPilot + iPhone 4S and the combination works exceptionally well. The only downside so far is my callers complain about background noise from my end of the line. I'm going to try adding a lapel microphone to the ComPilot to see if that addresses it.

One neat feature the CP has is VoiceAlerts - when someone calls you it announces the name of the callee to you. Likewise when you recurve an SMS you get a voice alert also. Helpful so you don't miss your messages!
