Hi there. I will be starting nursing school in the fall and as a result I require a stethoscope that is compatibel with my hearing aids. I have a moderate to severe loss mostly in the low frequencies, which I know will cause trouble hearing heart and breathing sounds. I have looked around the interent some and have narrowed it down to either a bluetooth version connected to my hearing aids or an amplified version. I have heard that the bluetooth version is less reliable as hearing aids are not meant to produce sounds in those frequencies, however I am not sure I want to reove my hearign aids every time I need to use an amplifid stethoscope.
If anyone has any experience with stethoscopes and hearing aids I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks P.S I am wearing moxie pro BTE CRT with custom molds on both ears |

Most people use this one with direct input lead straight into your aids or whatever streamer works with your aids.

You would use an audio cable to connect stethoscope with the streamer.

I have open dome RIC aids and I use the thinklabs electronic stethoscope and mute my aids with the remote and hear fine without my aids. If your molds are closed or your loss much worse than mine it would not work.
