What does it mean?

Well when I play mp3 and use earphones then I couldn't loud the voice.. I keep it at low level and when I unplug the earphones from my ears then it seems my ears have packed and heavy with somethings. It gives me a sensation that I have had earphones attached in my ears.. will it cause any hearing related problem any point of time? what is this actually I don't no need your help..
