Default Best place to get an ICom

I was wondering where is the best place to buy an ICom for my Phonak Naida? would it be cheaper to buy somewhere else than my audio? I do have Epic hearing aid insurance so I not sure if they cover these things.
Thank for your input

probably your audi is the best, because they can also pair it to your aids, update the ROM, adjust your HA mic settings and so on. I don't know about price competition, I got my iCom as a free accessory deal with my HA's.

My wife's ICom did not need to be paired to her HA if worked right out of the box.

It's true that it works in "generic mode" out of the box. But in that mode, redial and voice command are disabled by default (unless they've changed that). To activate those functions, the audi needs to turn them on with the fitting software. I think the iCom has to be paired in the fitting software to enable those functions as well.
