Default Specsaver 634. Should I buy it?

Hearing is poor in one ear about 50% even loss, the other OK apart from age related problems.
I do not currently have an aid and am due for an annual hearing test with the NHS in June.
Question is this please.....I am unable to find anything on the web about this aid which is behind ear with the speaker in the ear canal. It is very small and comfortable.....how much should I expect to pay for reprogramming? and where can I find instructions for this aid which has never been used? And finally should I buy it at less than £200?
Thanks to all those who reply.
