LA-166 Neck Loop
www.listentech.com/la-166.html Anybody ever heard of this? Used it? Have any opinions? For the other thread where I'm looking for something simple to listen to sound/music through the computer, this looks like it might be a nice and simple option. I had unreliable Blue Tooth, so this simple audio plug only appeals to me. I'm a little unfamiliar with the whole monaural, binaural, stereo aspect. Does anybody know which these would give me? Not sure it would be a deal breaker, just curious.

Anybody? Any experience or thoughts on this device?

I also just found some other very similar items.
TELEX NL-4S HEARING NECK LOOP http://www.allprosound.com/catalog/p...elex-NL-4S.htm TV Ears Neck Loop Hearing Aid Accessory for Pro Headset http://www.shop.com/TV_Ears_Neck_Loo...?sourceid=1414 WILLIAMS SOUND NKL005 NECK LOOP http://www.amazon.com/WILLIAMS-SOUND.../dp/B0018S3LQI Gentner 910-402-105 http://www.spectrumaudio.com/gentner-910-402-105.html As I am understanding it (have not really used any "accessories" before other than a quick trial of the iCom - which I didn't like because BT reliability was poor)....I should need ONLY this device. It works with the T-Coil of my hearing aids and then plugs directly into the computer. Can anybody verify this is correct, please?

I only "just" got the Clear Sounds CLA7v2 last night, but from what I'm experience so far, this was the PERFECT solution. I love it.
None of the "flakiness" I had with Bluetooth in the past. Just straight wire....I'd rather be wired and have it "work" and wirless and flaky. It comes with a few different adapters so that it will work on pretty much anything with a 2.5mm (some phones, other small portable devices) or 3.5mm (computer, some phones) audio jack. The sound is great and reliable. I used it while playing a game on my computer last night for about 2 hours. No issues whatsoever.
