Problem with losing hearing

I have been going clubbing a lot lately and have found that after clubbing , i can barely hear and this lasts until the day after the following day, anyways is there any good earplugs that anyone can recommend? i really need something to help my ears because i do not want to go deaf.. thanks

which would be the best plugs for cutting down the bass and the rest of the stuff in clubs, i go to a lot of techno clubs too if that makes any difference

If the clubbing is having that kind of effect on your hearing then I would seriously consider less clubbing.
